🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in industry; 3+ years in engineering management
- Experience shipping trust/privacy/compliance product experiences
- Strong product sense; partner with PMs, designers, and policy
- Led cross-platform teams (backend, mobile, web)
- Excellent communication with Legal/Policy stakeholders
- Experience with sensitive data, privacy-by-design, or IDV

- Base pay range: $204,000–$255,000 USD
