🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building complex user-facing products with timelines and impact.
• 1+ years leading or managing engineering teams and guiding growth.
• Demonstrated AI experience improving speed and quality in engineering workflows.
• Strong track record evaluating AI-assisted work via testing and data validation.
• High integrity and ownership; protect data and final decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
