Leadership: Inspire and motivate a 4-6 engineer squad.
Direction: Align goals with vision; foster ownership and trust.
People development: coaching, mentoring, and effective 1:1s.
Technical contribution & ownership: maintain architecture, drive CI/CD and observability.
Execution & delivery: plan roadmap, break down work, mitigate risks.
Collaboration: partner with Product, designers, analysts, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in engineering leadership (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Eng Mgr) leading 4+ engineers.
Strong software background: Java, Go, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Messaging Queues, Cloud Services.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban).
Fintech/eCommerce experience is a plus.
