📋 Description

• Lead the Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 members, 4 engineers) and own output.
• Spend ~40% time on individual contributions to the crew objectives.
• Build and optimize alan.com for member acquisition across markets.
• Scale paid ads, SEO, and LLM channels across markets.
• Self-Serve Flow: create seamless discovery-to-signup experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design).

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong in shipping web apps at scale.
• Business-minded: conversion funnels and growth metrics.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial, collaborative.
• English proficiency; eligible to work in France/Belgium/Spain.
