🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering exp; 2+ years mobile, incl leading fast teams.
• Shipped complex, high-impact products in fast-moving envs.
• Strong opinions on architecture, code quality, balancing speed & scale.
• Mastery of a modern stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, AWS.
• Embraced AI; regularly push PRs.
• Sharp product sense; asks why more than how.
• Experience or interest in behavioral analytics.
