• Build a strong, high-performing Growth Platform team.
• Define the product vision for the team's growth initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data to test and scale systems for growth.
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks enabling rapid iteration.
• Mentor teammates and foster impact, ownership, and collaboration.
• Participate in architectural and technical design decisions.

• Strong ownership with focus on business impact and measurable results.
• Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and product instincts; translate insights into experiments.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and working with large-scale data.
• Deep care for user experience and building polished, intuitive products.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
