- Build, lead, and grow the India-based Voice Engineering team for Five9
- Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of people management experience, managing teams of 4+ engineers
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building real-time voice systems using C++
- Proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop strong engineering teams while earning trust and respect
- Demonstrated track record of delivering scalable, high-quality systems in a continuous delivery environment
- Solid understanding of modern software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
