  • Strong cross-functional collaboration; rigor, clear communication, trade-offs.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in fast-changing environments.
  • Acumen on architecture and strategic technical decisions.
  • Able to foster healthy, inclusive, challenging environment.
  • Experience with distributed teams; align across locations.
