- Shipped and operated large-scale systems with strong correctness and performance.
- Strong performance engineering instincts: profiling, benchmarking, bottleneck removal.
- Experience leading teams owning foundational infra; API design and DX.
- Track record of managing ambiguity; defining strategy and shipping in fast-moving areas.
