- Proven track record shipping user-facing experiences on time in loosely structured environments.
- Strong communication and ability to build positive relationships across ranks/roles.
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and advocating for engineering priorities.
- Ability to hire, mentor, empower and delegate to distributed team members.
