Mentor engineers and unblock the team with code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Recent hands-on experience as Tech Lead or Senior+ Engineer (last 5 years).
Experience with Agile development processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
