• 5+ years building cloud-native web apps; 2+ years leading software teams.
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback on technical designs and code reviews.
• Skilled in building secure, compliant systems on cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS welcome).
• Familiar with containers, databases, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of SDLC; Kanban and Scrum as tools.
• Strong hiring and mentorship; helping engineers grow.
