📋 Description

• Lead US-based, full-stack engineers on federal-ready features.
• Guide architecture and resolve technical challenges; ensure secure ops.
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to plan and deliver.
• Partner with Security Org to meet federal regulations and data handling standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers; foster collaboration.
• Champion quality, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer; 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience giving constructive feedback on designs and code reviews.
• Secure, compliant systems on cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS OK).
• Familiar with containers, databases, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Kanban/Scrum) and when to apply them.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineers.
