🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
- Strong product mindset and passion for building customer-facing SaaS products
- Strong experience with Laravel or Symfony
- Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and performance optimization
- Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
- Experience with React.js or Vue.js
