Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team with clear goals and feedback.
• Drive agile delivery with planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software from planning to post-launch.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and address risks to keep delivery on track.
• Partner with Product, Design and Trading to align roadmaps and outcomes.
• Contribute to engineering strategy, architecture and CI/CD for long-term scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on people management in agile software environments.
• Strong technical foundation; guide decisions and engage in code/design discussions.
• Track record delivering complex software projects from planning to release.
• Deep understanding of modern software practices, including system design and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication; collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-informed, delivery-focused mindset; strong organisational awareness.
