📋 Description

• Own day-to-day delivery of your team, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with goals
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; continuously improve how your team works
• Partner with Product Managers to shape backlogs and timelines
• Collaborate with Eng Managers, Tech Leads, and Principal Engineers on direction
• Maintain operational excellence: reliability, incidents, and support
• Support team through regular 1:1s and growth conversations
• Foster an inclusive, supportive culture where people grow
• Manage performance, engagement, and wellbeing during maternity cover
• Provide visibility on delivery progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding for stability

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product-led SaaS environment
• Background in software engineering; comfortable with technical discussions
• End-to-end delivery ownership balancing quality and timelines
• People-focused leader who coaches, mentors, and supports others
• Clear, confident communication with tech and non-tech stakeholders
• Cross-team, cross-time-zone collaboration and relationship-building
• Thrive in evolving priorities; bring clarity and structure
