📋 Description

• Own the technical roadmap and strategy for the Estimates Platform.
• Synthesize inputs from Product, Data Science, and Ops into a clear strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and foster high performance.
• Partner with Product, Operations, 3D Modeling, and external partners to translate requirements.
• Drive reliability, accuracy, and scalability of classification and scoping systems.
• Balance innovation with operational stability and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a hands-on engineer delivering production systems at scale.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams with cross-functional impact.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, product-driven tech environment.
• Experience building or owning platform-layer systems—classification engines, data pipelines, rules engines.
• Strong product intuition and ability to translate ambiguous problems into scoped work.
