Manage and coach a team of 6–8 full-stack engineers, supporting growth and performance.
Own the Entity Management roadmap and strategy from early release to GA.
Drive agentic automation: scrapers, portal bots, and intelligent orchestration.
Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations to shape roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with legal and compliance SMEs to ensure regulatory compliance.
Scale products to GA through embedded partner channels and fast iteration.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading product engineering teams as an engineering manager or team lead.
6+ years of product engineering experience as an IC with strong technical skills.
Experience building/ scaling agentic systems (web scrapers, orchestration, bots).
Strong focus on customer needs and aligning engineering goals with outcomes.
Ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and drive accountability.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback.
