🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading teams of 10+ software engineers.
- Proven backend/platform leadership for high-scale, low-latency APIs.
- Hands-on API design (REST/gRPC), data modeling, schema/versioning.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python; cloud experience (AWS or GCP).
- Experience running always-on services; define SLOs/SLAs; on-call rotations.
- Ability to define and deliver a technical roadmap; align stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
