🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10+ years in software development with systems-level focus.
- 2-3+ years in engineering management with direct leadership.
- Strong foundation in systems software (agents, services, daemons).
- Cross-platform development on Windows, Linux, Unix.
- Distributed systems, client-server architectures, TLS and certificate mgmt.
- Backup/recovery or storage infra experience.
- CI/CD pipelines and test automation experience.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
