Engineering Manager, Encounters

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, PM, and Commercial to prioritize roadmap for Encounters data product.
• Develop a technical vision and roadmap with engineering to accelerate delivery of customer use cases.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team\'s capabilities.
• Advocate for technical excellence and customer-focused software design.
• Drive ownership, autonomy, and continuous learning across the team.
• Lead hiring and onboarding across the engineering org.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer with large data product development.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager.
• Proven track record architecting, building, and delivering software.
• Proficient problem-solving and clear communication for data challenges.
• Experience modeling complex data and delivering data assets and BI tooling.
• Experience building operational processes for on-time delivery of complex projects.
