Reduce deployment risk; shorten recovery times and uphold uptime.
Build tooling and workflows for traceability and compliance across environments.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of management experience in software development.
Strong operational ownership with bias toward action.
Experience with release trains.
Familiarity with air-gapped environments.
GitOps: declarative, automated, auditable promotions.
Nice to have: RMF/FedRAMP familiarity with regulated deployments.
