🎯 Requirements
- BS / BA degree or relevant experience
- Business-level English
- 2+ years leading high-performing engineering teams
- 6+ years operating and scaling production databases (MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL)
- Experience running high-uptime systems with durability needs
