🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years leading data eng, ML eng, or platform teams in agile env.
- At least 5 years in data eng, ML eng, or adjacent software eng in SaaS with hands on data infra and ML systems.
- Strong technical background across data infra and ML systems.
- Experience managing engineers across multiple technical disciplines.
- Proven ability to ship high reliability data products prioritizing quality and user impact.
- Demonstrated success driving change and innovation in fast paced scaling environments.
