Engineering Manager, Data Integrations

📋 Description

• Design and build the integration layer to connect ERP and internal tools
• Architect multi-tenant APIs with RBAC, webhooks, and reverse ETL
• Use LLMs to accelerate integration development and data mapping
• Own data contracts, schema governance, and API versioning at scale
• Ensure security and compliance across the integration layer
• Lead customer onboarding and technical partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or integration-heavy backend roles, with 3+ years managing engineers
• Deep experience integrating with enterprise customer systems — ERP platforms and business apps
• Strong background in multi-tenant API design, data pipelines, and integration architecture
• Experience integrating with ERP/business systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) via iPaaS (Boomi/MuleSoft) or custom layers
• Hands-on experience using LLMs to accelerate development workflows and automate data mapping
• Strong instincts around data contracts, schema governance, versioning, and API design at scale
