🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data engineering and data platform development; 3+ years leadership
- Deep experience with data lakes, lakehouses and warehouses (Iceberg, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Design and maintain scalable, secure data platforms and pipelines
- Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes
- Python or similar languages; strong SQL for analytics
- GCP data tech (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GCS) or similar
