- Design scalable, high-performance storage for analytical and in-product workloads.
- Ensure secure data access via access patterns, partitioning, and caching.

- Build governance tooling: RBAC, PII, lineage, auditing.
- Manage and grow a team; coach engineers; raise engineering quality.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in high-scale software, platforms, and data storage.
- 3+ years managing engineering teams, incl. hiring and performance.
- Proven track record scaling products and platforms for growth.
- Experience with data lakes/lakehouses (Iceberg) and Snowflake.
- System/data architecture for scalable, secure, cost-efficient platforms.
- Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes; Python/Java/Scala; SQL.
