Lead the Core Services team owning auth, webhooks, and agent backend.
Own critical shared services between product surfaces and infrastructure.
Set tech direction for authentication, SCM integrations, webhook infra, and agent reliability.
Build and operate reliable, well-abstracted backend systems for product teams.
Drive end-to-end agent reliability across the backend stack.
Hire and grow backend engineers with coaching and high-leverage projects.

🎯 Requirements

Led engineering teams building and operating critical backend services (auth, API gateways, webhooks).
Experience with distributed systems and reliability/performance of multi-step workflows.
Value clean abstractions and well-defined service contracts for other engineers.
Strong software fundamentals and ownership of production services lifecycle.
Experience with OAuth, JWTs, RBAC, event-driven architectures, or developer-facing platform services.
