🎯 Requirements

• You are a Discord user, and understand the core features and flow of Discord.
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer across mobile, web, backend.
• 2+ years as Engineering Manager, leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• Product sense and pride in understanding your customers.
• Experience in a product team with clear metrics goals.
• Very goal oriented and always strive to win.
