🎯 Requirements

• You are a Discord user and understand the core features and flow.
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer across mobile, web, and backend.
• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager, leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• You have a product sense and understand your customers.
• You have worked in a product team with clear metrics goals.
• Willing to get hands-on, code when needed, and brainstorm technical solutions.
