📋 Description

• Set a high engineering bar and lead a team of software engineers
• Define Payments north stars, metrics, and roadmap for H1/H2
• Partner with the Payments Platform team to build strong foundations
• Delegate or be hands-on when needed to drive outcomes
• Ensure core journeys on web and mobile are clear and modern
• Collaborate with other teams to create cohesive payment experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years leading an engineering team
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end product work in payments/fintech
• Comfortable people management with hands-on involvement when needed
• Strong focus on high craft user experiences for creators and fans
• Experience with experimentation and data-driven roadmap decisions
• Skilled at building healthy, trusting cross-functional relationships
