🎯 Requirements

12+ years engineering experience, including 3+ years in management, and 7+ years as IC
Hands-on builder across the stack
Deep experience applying AI; ready to experiment with frontier approaches
Strong technical judgment across systems design, infrastructure, and full-stack
Built developer tools, internal platforms, or workflow automation systems
Enjoy frequent customer interaction and feedback-driven development
