📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10+ engineers building Conversations end-to-end.
• Own the Conversations product surface used by millions daily.
• Review architecture, debug incidents, critique PR designs.
• Drive product strategy with Product and Design; ship impactful features.
• Manage frontend, backend, and platform work at scale for real-time systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; 2–3 years leading teams of 8+ engineers.
• Hands-on depth: review architecture, debug incidents, call out bad PR design.
• Excellent product judgment: ships products customers love.
• Experience leading teams that own a major product surface with high traffic and real-time state.
• Distributed and frontend systems at scale; ideally both.
• Run ops cleanly: daily, sprintly, and quarterly.
