Engineering Manager, Compliance and Multi-Region

📋 Description

• Lead and manage engineering team for compliance and multi-region enablement (hiring/onboarding).
• Own delivery and outcomes for regulated regional deployments, starting with FedRAMP.
• Drive technical and execution strategy for multi-region deployments with safe, consistent releases.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to meet regulatory requirements while minimizing architectural drift.
• Guide technical direction for infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and deployment patterns with guardrails.
• Advocate shift-left practices to improve developer experience and release confidence in high-compliance environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for platform, infrastructure, or compliance-critical systems.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and modern application architectures.
• Proven ability to deliver in regulated environments such as FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
• Track record of cross-functional leadership across security, compliance, and product teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces and scaling solutions beyond their initial use case.
• Clear communicator who can translate complex technical and regulatory constraints into actionable plans.
