🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience directly managing engineers in cloud infra, platform engineering, or SRE.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and architecture/code reviews.
- Strong background building and maintaining scalable production infrastructure.
- Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end projects and coach your team.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence across teams.
