🎯 Requirements

- Strong Kafka or data streaming exp; edge governance/catalog UX.
- Technical expertise in large scale distributed systems and cloud native services.
- Proven ability to drive execution across concurrent initiatives.
- Ability to influence cross functional partners (PM, design, TPMs).
- Experience hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- BS in CS or Engineering; advanced degree a plus.
