Engineering Manager, Box Office Platform

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of golang and React/TypeScript developers
• Manage software for hardware RMA tracking with vendors and in-house repair operations
• Oversee observability, health metrics, runbooks, and automated remediation
• Lead projects to increase efficiency and scale CoreWeave nodes
• Develop onboarding, documentation, enablement, and performance management
• Drive culture and cross-team collaboration to support CoreWeave

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering; at least 5 years in leadership
• Excellent cross-functional communicator and collaborator
• Strong process-oriented mindset to document, scale, and optimize workflows
• Bachelors or Masters degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Background in SRE fundamentals, incident management, observability, change mgmt
• Comfortable leading a diverse, high-performing engineering team and championing automation
