🎯 Requirements

2+ years managing and leading engineering teams in Java.
7+ years in software development, preferably in fast-paced tech.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Core Java, distributed systems, REST APIs, web services, PostgreSQL, Cockroach.
Experience coaching and mentoring engineers on complex projects.
Collaborates with senior leadership to define strategy and product roadmaps.
