• Lead and grow a team of 8+ engineers with mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management leading 5+ engineers.
• Hands-on ML model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Shipped user-facing products at scale with UX focus.
• Breadth across browser extensions, ML/AI infra, and full-stack.
• Experience across browser extensions, native apps, and web apps.
• Experience managing ambiguity, setting strategy, and shipping early.
• Clear communicator; influences across engineering, product, design, and leadership.
• Motivated to build proactive AI experiences that anticipate user needs.
