🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of software development experience with at least 1 year of prior management experience.
- Proficient across the full stack — frontend (React, Remix/Next.js), backend (GoLang and/or Python), APIs, and databases.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, GenAI tooling, continuous delivery, and release strategies.
- Ability to track key metrics and meet SLAs.
- Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
