📋 Description

• Run daily engineering operations and manage scrum ceremonies.
• Lead and mentor engineers, promote best practices and scalable solutions.
• Plan and drive the Android Core roadmap with product and engineering leadership.
• Gather requirements, provide updates, and communicate progress and risks.
• Manage timelines and resourcing to deliver platform initiatives.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings for feedback and career development.
• Support incidents handling and root-cause analyses to improve stability.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding to grow the Android Core team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years building native Android apps or platforms.
• 2+ years managing engineers with direct people management.
• Android architecture, platform design patterns, and scalable app practices.
• Kotlin and Java; Jetpack, Coroutines, Compose.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform investments.
