📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for one Agent team, turning requirements into shipped features.
• Design and institutionalise an explore/exploit operating model with spikes.
• Partner with Product, Design, Research to assess feasibility and roadmap.
• Build and maintain a DevEx roadmap focusing on tooling, CI/CD, observability.
• Coach AI Engineers to grow technical leaders owning key areas of the agent stack.
• Foster a culture of high trust and accountability with data-driven decisions.

• Led delivery of complex, ambiguous products; turned unknowns into testable hypotheses.
• Built experimentation framework (spikes, A/B tests, eval loops) to cut risk.
• Owned DevEx/platform roadmap; improved velocity with CI/CD, testing, observability.
• Managed/led a high-performing team with psychological safety and quality focus.
• Shipped AI/ML features at production scale; focused on reliability and cost.
• Collaborated with Product, Design, Research/Data Science on strategy and roadmaps.
