🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Deep Python expertise (3.11+), async/await, asyncio, type hints, and Pydantic v2.
• Hands-on experience building production agentic systems: multi-agent orchestration and tool use.
• Experience with agent dev kits (ADK/DSPy/LangGraph) and workflows (Airflow).
• Foundation-model fluency across providers (Google/Anthropic/OpenAI) and prompt caching.
• Prompt engineering and agent context management; evals and version control.
• PII/regulatory data sensitivity; redaction tooling and SOC 2 readiness.
• Cloud + container ops: AWS and Kubernetes; Docker and CI tooling.
