🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing engineering teams (platform/infra/dev-tools)
- Track record building tooling and processes that help other teams do the right thing
- Sufficient technical depth for system design and pipeline reviews
- Product-minded with ability to wear multiple hats when needed
- Experience building cross-org relationships and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience recruiting and closing senior ICs in a competitive market
