- Vision for modern platform engineering with AI agents as contributors.
- Deep CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure experience; fast, reliable pipelines.
- Security-minded leadership; partner with CISO; security in fintech with AI risks.
- Hands-on with Terraform; debugging pipelines; shipping improvements; AI tooling.
- Strong people leadership; develop engineers and grow teams.
