📋 Description

• Mentor, support, and develop a team of software engineers.
• Lead delivery of projects where requirements evolve as we learn.
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders on privacy/policy decisions.
• Ensure software is reliable, maintainable, and aligned with Mozilla’s quality, security, and privacy standards.

• Participate in hiring and onboarding to grow the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering, incl. 2+ years managing people.
• Led teams delivering production software.
• Prioritization, execution, and balancing short-term with long-term work.
• Familiar with planning, triage, and delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and partner teams.
• Distributed/async work experience; ads domain or privacy familiarity.
