📋 Description

• Partner across teams to deliver product experiences that drive engagement.
• Define, instrument, and improve engagement funnels and feedback loops with Product.
• Build systems for intelligent notifications and high-impact insights for users.
• Lead experimentation cycles (A/B testing, insights, activation) to improve engagement.
• Mentor engineers and champion thoughtful software design and technical excellence.
• Drive ownership and continuous learning across the engineering organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer.
• 3+ years as a deeply-technical engineering manager.
• Experience leading complex technical projects.
• Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering software.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience working on growth, adoption, activation, or engagement-focused product teams.
