🎯 Requirements

- Experience bringing up heterogeneous compute infra at scale (GPU/TPU/ASIC/FPGA)
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to define charter, processes, and culture from scratch
- Strategic thinker about hardware roadmaps; translate capabilities into engineering plans
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with vendors, cloud partners, and internal teams
