🎯 Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of software engineering, including leading technical direction and delivering production systems.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and performance conversations; prior people management preferred.
Strong technical credibility; able to contribute code, review designs, and guide implementation details.
Experience balancing people leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery management.
Experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred.
