📋 Description

• Lead the Retain team from concept to rollout with engineers and non-tech.
• Manage and coach engineers to develop professionally and collaboratively.
• Partner with Product Manager to craft a roadmap for impact.
• Drive process improvements with autonomy to fix what's not working.
• Oversee technical decisions and set the technical strategy for the area.
• Improve reliability and scalability of Paddle's high-traffic system.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Go or similar languages.
• 2+ years of management with direct reports.
• Proven senior software engineer on large cloud systems.
• Strong, high-performing team builder.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience building payments, transfers, and reconciliation.
